1. General

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Ordering

Orders are accepted via the form at the bottom of the page.

Please provide clear details (references, colors, theme, etc.)

I reserve the right to decline any commission.

3. Payment

50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval

Work will not begin until the first payment is received.

Final files will only be delivered after full payment.

4. Pricing

Prices depend on complexity and project scope.

  Complexity fee up to +20% of the product  

Additional changes may cost extra.

Rush orders cost +50%

5. Process

Sketch → Client feedback → Finalization

Minor revisions are included. Major revisions may require additional payment.

6. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery time: 5–14 days

May vary depending on workload, project complexity & IRL stuff.

7. Usage Rights

I retain all rights to the artwork.

Personal use is allowed (e.g. Twitch, social media)

Commercial use must be discussed beforehand (+20%)

Reselling, minting as NFTs, or redistribution is not allowed!

8. Credit

Credit is required: @ValfinaArt or @ValfinaChestine

9. Cancellation & Refunds

No refunds after work has started. If I cancel the commission, a partial refund will be issued based on progress.

10. Communication

Please remain respectful.

Delayed responses may affect delivery time.

11. Agreement
